AplixioFeel free to contact us if you have encountered a problem with our software during your trial or subscription periode. Moreover, we pay particular attention to the requests and suggestions of our customers.

TopTechnical support
Before contacting the support :

  • Make sure to first read the Help file include in the software package, the Tips and Faq of the product.
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the product.
When contacting support :
  • Use exclusively French or English language.
  • Specify with which software you have a problem.
  • Specify which OS version you're using.
  • For registered users, provide your registration email and code. This will guarantee the fastest route to a solution.
  • If you need to send a screenshot, do NOT use bitmap files. Use a compressed file format to avoid sending large emails that waste bandwidth and even make receiving such emails on mobile devices impossible.
  • Send email from an email account that :
    - Allows to receive replies sent from our server
    - Allows to receive ZIP file attachements
    - Has a properly specified & working reply address
  • When sending attachements for reproducing an issue, take following in account :
    - Use ONLY ZIP file attachements.
    - Do NOT include EXE files in ZIP file attachements.
